Typhoon Pepeng hits Manila

Right now, this is all I know:

- Typhoon pepeng is classified as type 5 hurricane.
- critical hour is 9 PM tonight so please go home already.
- winds && rain stronger that milenyo
- metro manila will be hit by tail/body of the typhoon.
- 9PM we'll know if tail has it or if it hit direction.
- charge your phones 'cause meralco will shut down areas tonight.
